I’m turning up this Friday night… by cleaning my apartment. I am such an adult, it’s not even funny. What’s less funny is that I don’t mind it. It’s late (see, proof that I am indeed an adult), so this is going to be short and sweet.

One of my favorite pictures from my wedding; Dancing with my Dad. He’s definitely the coolest guy I know! I wish all the Dad’s a Happy Father’s day this weekend!

I hope you enjoy what I’ve enjoyed this week!

  • Summer makes me want to eat all the greens! This is the perfect summer bowl.
  • I love James’ Corden’s “Carpool Karaoke!”” I think this one with Iggy Azalea is my favorite so far!
  • I need every single on of these impossibly cute household products!
  • Heros do exsist! This bus driver actually stopped a kidnapping in progess on his bus!
  • I want to wear this dress and only this dress for my entire life!
  • I’ve never had an opinion toward Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson before, but this gives me all the feels!
  • Cute old people and cute little kids. My two favorites and the best companions!
  • These color photographs are over a century old and are breathtaking. They look like they could be of a young woman today!
  • Another century old discovery: 100 year old chalkboards were discovered, untouched, with the lesson plans still on them.
  • Last century old story: a 99 year old woman just graduated from College of the Canyons with a degree in Social Sciences. Pretty rad!
  • A child explains why he is a vegetarian and it’s the sweetest!
  • And for your inspiration of the day, read about this woman who was inspired to travel to the 7 Wonders of the World after a cancer diagnosis.

It’s been a long, stressful week, but we made it to Friday! My car died, I’ve worked 13 hour days all week, and our Vegas trip had to be cancelled. Not the best week, but I’m trying my best to see the bright side of it all. I was in a pretty low funk for a couple of days but David dragged me out of it, whether I wanted to be or not (hint: I did not)! Since our weekend was unexpectedly cancelled, we have the weekend wide open. I’m sure it will be filled with cleaning, errands and hopefully a nice date to celebrate our 9 year anniversary on Sunday! We have a new anniversary now since the wedding, but June 14th will always be so special to me; Gooey, mushy special!

Since this week was so stressful, I didn’t have as much time to peruse the Intranets as normal, so I didn’t have enough Friday Favorites recommendations for this post. Now, I did have time to do a bit of online shopping; I don’t know about you, but shopping is the ultimate de-stresser. Even if it’s just for fun, online window shopping. Take a peak at some of the outfits I put together with my favorite finds from Sheinside.com!

Make sure and tell me what your favorite outfit from below is!

Have a beautiful weekend!

This would be the perfect outfit to spend the weekend in, running errands, grabbing brunch, anything! I’m so in love!

This is my dream day to night date outfit! Super cute sneakers for day time can easily be swapped out for heels, but let’s be honest, flats are in and my feet could not be happier!

A little boho, a little 90’s, and a lot adorable! I would reapeat this outfit more than I would like to admit!

I’m. So. Tired. Good thing it’s Friday! I am more than happy to be an old lady and stay in on a Friday night. If I don’t have plans by the time I get home from work, I am so that person who immediately changes into pajamas. I hope that you are staying comfortable and warm in your pajamas tonight. Or, you know, having a life and going out like a normal person.

Also, I finally caught up on Grey’s Anatomy and cried like a little bitch. I was embarassed for myself on how sad I felt (feel still, actually).

Instant camera fun!

I hope you’re winding down from your work week and gearing up for a beautiful weekend!

I am so excited with my Crossroads finds at their Spring Social shopping party in West Hollywood last night! Unfortunately, it got too dark before I was able to take outfit photos, but I plan to recreate it this weekend and share next week.

Do you know Amelia from Clothes Horse NYC? If not, you should.

I hope you enjoy a few things that made me smile this week!

  • My husband has hit a career high and I am so proud of him! He has edited the trailor for the new documentary, Fresh Dressed, featuring Kanye West, Sean Combs, and Pharrell Williams!
  • Sacramento is better than you think it is!
  • I heart Snapchat and I wish my Snapchat friends were more talented.
  • Speaking of Snapchat, watching “elders” learn about it and how to use it reminds me of myself. I am terrible with technology and I think I could go without it. But as long as it’s in my hands, I am also happy with it!
  • I know the rioting is terrible, and I am not here to get political, so I will just leave this here: This mom knows what’s up.
  • This is the sweetest surprise and the prettiest dress!
  • Jason Alexander recorded the most amazing voicemail message for Kat Dennings and I’ve never been more jealous.
  • I can’t even speak about Grey’s Anatomy right now; 1, because I have refused to watch the last couple of episodes and 2, because I am pretending not to know what I know even thought I haven’t watched said episodes. So let’s just reminisce about Christina Yang instead.
  • Straight Teen Asks Gay Best Friend To Prom: self explanatory, and just as sweet as it sounds.
  • I don’t know where they came up with any of the information on my parody Wikipedia page, but I now have new goals in life.
