Get it, Thanksgiving “Mod” style. Lame, maybe, but it is a title! Which is better than my last post, which I forgot to title until I noticed the next day.
One of my favorite photos from my last ModCloth shoot is this profile shot, with a simple pony tail and ModCloth’s Coach Tour Dress. This dress was super cute, has a great statement collar, and was really comfortable and flattering.
Also, if anyone can teach me how to get my hair like this on my own, I’d be forever grateful.
Shooting with ModCloth always puts me in the mood to play dress up with more sophiscated, vintage pieces, and since I don’t have many items that fit that description, I decided to play around on Polyvore to style a Thanksgiving-esque outfit around this dress!
I normally don’t dress up for family holidays. Thanksgiving is usually spent in jeans and a cozy sweater to play board games, cards, and watch movies with my family and cousins. But, if I did dress up, I think it would be fun to stray a little from my usual style, and go a bit vintage.
See how I would style this dress! How would you style it?
This post is in part of ModCloth’s Uniquely You campaign.
