After more than twelve hours either on a plane or in an airport yesterday, I am finally on stable ground and in my normal time zone. New York was beyond amazing and I will, of course, have photos to share soon!

Until then, let’s talk about how much I wear the same clothes over and over… and over. It’s called remixing people. I decided to start (and, we’ll see if it continues) a new series: Remix Round Up. After posting an outfit with a piece three times, I’ll be lazy and re-post old photos share my remix ideas.

Round 1: Floral shorts (Urban Outfitters). The first time I saw these shorts, I knew they would take me through summer. Floral, silky, high waist, pockets. I mean, what more do you need in shorts? What more do you need in life?

Spring bloom(ers). First of all, floral and chambray are the peanut butter and jelly of clothes; there is no way this combination can go wrong. There really is no second of all. Moral the the outfit: wear floral and chambray together.

Coachella: day 3.  Crop tops are on trend this summer. Since trends end, and I don’t usually walk around baring my unnaturally white midsection, I used Coachella as an excuse to pair the high waist shorts with a make shift crop top.

Worth a thousand words.  Look three, and my favorite. A little rocker chic with the studded tank takes floral shorts a long way.
